Youngest Cradlers - (Age 2): This fast-paced, high-energy program introduces children to fundamentals of lacrosse, including running with the stick, scoring goals and basic movement skills. Through fun games and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing lacrosse.

Cradle Cubs - (Age 3): Using creative and imaginative games, First Cradle Lacrosse sessions focus on basic lacrosse skills like cradling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork, and appreciation to help build a well-rounded athlete and child.

Tiny Goal Getters - (K - 1st grade) is our introductory lacrosse program designed just for kindergarten and 1st grade players. With a focus on fun, movement and confidence-building, this program introduces kids to the exciting world of lacrosse through age-appropriate games and activities. Each session is packed with energy and encouragement as players learn how to scoop, cradle, pass and shoot using soft, kid-friendly equipment. Our experienced coaches create a positive environment where every child gets to participate, make friends and celebrate small wins on the field. Whether it’s their first time holding a stick or they already love sports, Tiny Goal Getters is the perfect way to build foundational skills and a love for the game!

Cradle & Compete | Girls, 4th–5th Grade | After School | One hour

Cradle & Compete – Girls is designed to empower young female athletes with the confidence, skills and game IQ needed to thrive on the lacrosse field. Progressing from our Lax Explorers program, this next phase focuses on refining stick skills, developing field awareness and introducing team strategies tailored specifically to the girls' game.

Players will learn advanced cradling, accurate passing and catching on the move, shooting techniques, and defensive positioning—all in a supportive, high-energy environment. Small-sided scrimmages provide real-time application, encouraging teamwork and decision-making under pressure.

Led by experienced female coaches and role models, this program builds a strong foundation for girls looking to compete at the next level while continuing to foster a love for the game.

Lax Explorers - (2nd – 3rd Grade): Lax Explorers is the next step in our youth lacrosse journey, designed for players in 2nd and 3rd grade who are ready to take their skills and confidence to the next level. Whether they’re graduates of our Tiny Goal Getters program or brand-new to the sport, participants will dive deeper into the fundamentals of lacrosse in a supportive and active environment.
This program focuses on developing stick skills, movement with and without the ball, passing and catching, shooting form, and basic field awareness. Sessions are high-energy and fun, blending skill-building drills with small-sided games that encourage teamwork, strategy and creativity.
Lax Explorers fosters independence, sportsmanship and a love for the game—preparing young athletes for future team play while still keeping the spirit of play at the heart of every session.

Cradle & Compete | Boys, 4th–5th Grade | After School | One hour

Cradle & Compete – Boys is where young athletes begin to transition from playful development into structured competition. As a follow-up to our Lax Explorers program, this training focuses on speed, control and tactical awareness—key elements of the boys’ game.

Sessions include position-specific skill development, dodging drills, team defense, shooting with power and accuracy, and game-like scenarios. Players are introduced to live-play scrimmages that emphasize fast decision-making and field communication.

Led by experienced male coaches who understand the pace and intensity of the boys' game, Cradle & Compete – Boys prepares athletes to enter middle school and club-level play with confidence and a competitive edge.
